Seattle General Contractor · Licensed & Insured
NEKO Construction handles renovations, remodels and commercial build-outs across Seattle and the Eastside. One contractor, one written estimate, one schedule you can hold us to.
What we build
Most of what we do is renovation. The rest is what renovation clients keep asking us to take on next.
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements and whole-home remodels — including the structural and layout changes most handymen turn down.
Tenant improvements for offices, retail, clinics and restaurants — scheduled around your opening date, not ours.
Custom homes, ADUs and additions, from foundation to final walkthrough, with permitting handled for you.
You have drawings and a budget. We run the trades, the inspections and the schedule, and you get one point of contact.
Recent work
Every photo below is a placeholder. Swap in the contractor's own job photos before this page goes live — stock images of somebody else's kitchen are the fastest way to lose a lead who has already seen that photo elsewhere.
Why NEKO
Contractor registration L&I number TBD — verify it yourself on the Washington State L&I site before you sign anything, with us or with anyone else.
Scope is written down line by line before work starts. Change orders happen only when you ask for a change, and they are priced in writing first.
Mikhail runs the projects and picks up. No call center, no rotating project manager halfway through your job.
We pull permits and schedule inspections with your city or county, and we tell you up front when a design needs a change to pass.
Dust barriers, daily cleanup and a working bathroom wherever the schedule allows. Most of our clients keep living at home through the build.
How it goes
Four steps. You know what happens next at every one of them.
Call, or send the form below. We reply the same business day and ask enough questions to know whether we are the right contractor for the job.
We come out, measure, look at what is behind the walls where we can, and talk through what you want. Usually 45 minutes.
Scope, materials, price and a start date, in writing, within a few days. You are free to take it to another contractor to compare.
Permits pulled, trades scheduled, weekly updates. We finish with a walkthrough and a punch list that gets closed before the final invoice.
Where we work
Each city has its own housing stock, its own permit office and its own set of problems behind the drywall. Pick yours.
Most of Seattle's housing stock predates 1940, and that single fact shapes every remodel we do inside city limits.
See Seattle work →Bellevue is a city of 1960s–80s split-levels sitting on lots that are now worth far more than the houses on them.
See Bellevue work →Kirkland mixes waterfront properties, 1970s hillside homes and new construction within a few blocks of each other.
See Kirkland work →Redmond has the highest concentration of work-from-home clients we serve, and it shows in what people ask us to build.
See Redmond work →Renton is where our budget-conscious clients live, and we do not treat that as a lesser kind of project.
See Renton work →Everett sits in Snohomish County, not King — different jurisdiction, different permit office, and a housing stock with its own character.

Free, and there is no obligation attached to it. The more you tell us, the closer the first number will be.
Prefer to talk first? Call and ask for Mikhail. If the job is outside our area or outside what we do well, we will tell you and point you somewhere better.
